We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organization), content you upload to power your agents (knowledge bases, files), conversation data flowing through connected channels, and technical data such as device, browser, and usage logs.
We use your information to operate and improve the Service: authenticating you, running your AI agents, processing conversations, providing analytics, sending service communications, and maintaining security. We do not sell your personal information.
Conversation content may be processed by third-party AI model providers (such as LLM and speech providers) strictly to generate responses on your behalf. Provider processing is governed by their respective data-use terms.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, databases, AI providers, email), with third-party platforms you explicitly connect (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Google), and where required by law.
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data; some records may be retained where legally required.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact your workspace administrator to exercise these rights.
We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication and session management. These are required for the Service to function and are not used for third-party advertising.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
