Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xenie Verse (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, transmitting malware, infringing intellectual-property rights, or using the Service to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content through connected channels.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI output may contain inaccuracies and is provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or distributing it to your customers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, remains the property of the Service provider. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service can connect to third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
